I am Responsible which is essential to any kind of job, when I am going to be late by 10 minutes or more I will call in. I hardly ever arrive late to work and if I do it is less than 4 minutes. Honesty is important because your boss and co-workers need to know what is going on and by lying you delay their progress and usually only cause problems. I am very dependable when it comes to my job; if something is really needed I will try my best to get it done. I am a team player and try and get along with my co-workers regardless of how much I may not like them.
I need to be a better salesman. I could be more focused on my tasks. I should be more prepared at times. I could follow directions better. I need to be a little more prepared when I come in to work.
